Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
6 cups or1500ml water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 sachet MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup
400g medium size prawns, peeled and cleaned
120g egg noodles
2 tablespoons spring onion leaves, thinly sliced
Preparation:
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add and cook ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Add water, soy sauce and MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add prawns and noodles. Bring to boil and simmer for another 5 minutes or until prawns and noodles are cooked.
Garnish with spring onion and serve immediately.
Tip: Break egg noodles into short pieces to make them easy to eat.
