There is no bill from Craigslist if you use a phone number to create a phone verified account. Verifying your account is simply to do just that, verify that you are who you say you are. Many people make the assumption that Craigslist will somehow send them a bill or charge their phone records for something. This will not happen. Again, your phone number is used for verification purposes only. The main reason for this is that only valid US numbers can be used.
