If you have a little extra skin on you that you have tried severally to shed. You go on a diet and actually loose the weight, but once you go back to your normal diet you find out that you’ve added the weight you shed and even more.
I was fat as a child, but as I grew up I shed the weight and became slim, only for me to pick it up again in my early ties. I didn’t like this new development and tried everything to shed this added weight, but nothing I did worked. I developed ulcer as I went on an extreme diet and starved myself severely and I got to hate myself.
However, I was determined to loose weight and I searched high and low for every and any solution that would work for me.
• Let your diet be more of vegetables, fruits, and grain products like bread and rice.
• Eat only small, single servings of foods high in fat or calories.
• Stop eating as soon as you notice you are full.
• Cut down on your sugar intake and eat fewer sweets.
• Watch your carbohydrate intake. Carbohydrate takes time to digest in the body and the portion that is not digested on time gets converted to fats.
• Opt for poultry products that are lean
