One of the things I do at work is to compile group itineraries for different groups. One group is spread out worldwide, which proves daunting. I got this group recently so I don't know the members that well. They're already semi-trained, which helps. I usually send out a reminder to the individuals mid week followed by a more urgent reminder on thursday afternoons. Inevitably someone will either miss the deadline or screech in at the last second. Slowly I'm building a personal connection to them and getting to know their personalities. Here's this weeks example of team building. (names have been changed to protect the guilty!)
