  Hello I notice the same, I think the reason is most people are doing things or seeing others that they don't usually have time for during the week, hence they are so busy they don't have time to come on here.
  As to this Tag O Matic tag, I don't know where it came from either, and see no sense for it, so when I reply to posts I leave it out.
  In any case, enjoy your week-end and chat to those that do find time for being here.

  I think HBH had it right.  On the weekend people tend to be out and doing stuff that work prevents them from doing.  It's always been that way, it's just more noticeable since there are fewer blogs these days.

  Personally, my computer at home is so slow, I rarely use it. I'm on here during the week, while on my work computer that is super fast.

  Tag O Matic is all 'mixednuts'.  We've been trying to talk to him about it, well I know I have been ... I think he's trying to find 'his' tag that everyone can associate to him, I dunno, but it's annoying as all get out.  As far as where I'm at on the weekends, well yeah, generally that's when there's time to do everything that we couldn't through the week, so I only get to fiddle around here of a night time.  Occasionally I'm here through the day, but I experience the empty hallways much like yourself, and so I move along before something scary jumps out and gets me!  :-)

  I don't have any new posts lately because I've been busy, and even when I'm here reading and responding to other folks, I don't get the same response whenever I post my own blogs, so I figure I shouldn't even bother. 
  
  It reminds me exactly why I took a yearlong break from this place.
  
  In the event that I do post something new, I'm considering a pre-emptive block so that TAG-O-MATIC crap doesn't end up on my blog.  It's not cute and it's not funny.

  I think everyone is still reading  - but not commenting or posting any blogs. I agree that too many nonsensesical posts or spams coming in from  subcontinent and other places
