I've always had the feeling that my husband still loves or has feelings for his ex even though he deny's it. His ex is a Japanese by the way. How do I compete with someone who's softspoken and obeys to their partners every need with no questions asked?? They were about to think of marriage but my husband just couldn't live in Japan with the food there and she couldn't come stay in Malaysia as her parents wouldn't let her as they have only 2 daughters.
When he shows his old photos when he was working on the Islands to friends and they come across his pix with his ex., he would proudly tell them that she is his Japanese girlfriend. Not even mentioning the mord 'EX' !!
Do you think I'm just being silly or this is actually normal??
Even though we are into our fourth year of marriage but there's still the feeling of insecurity....

i think jealousy is one feeling that difficult to be controled ... but this shows that you love your husband very much. :)
be confident in yourself and also your husband.. then you will be living happily ever after :)

I tend to feel that way about my husband also. But I agree that it can be difficult to control. I think he should be very clear about her being an ex. There is a reason she is an ex and he needs to let go of that.

But I think once in a while he purposely mentions about her just to see my reaction. He knows that I'll get mad. Hmm...maybe he just wants to know how much I love him....

i understand the ex situation completely. fortunately your husbands ex lives in japan my boyfriends ex not too far from where we stay...but you just have to know that he's with you now and he needs to realize that also. i think you should let him know that it bothers you very much...hope everything works out for the best in the situation.. -

Everything is fine now as we are back together again...and to show me that his ex means nothing to him now he tore all the pix of her!
