I had a massive sugar crash last night. I had the forsight to get my walk in directly after work and pick up a sandwich on the way home. Good thing. I was making feeble attempts to read email and IMs when it hit.
I slept the next 11 hours with a few interruptions, but mostly deeply.
I think I feel better for it. It's a little early to tell. I could NOT believe how hard it was to wake up after getting so much sleep. I should have been springing out of that bed.
Now, for a more sensible diet today. Only one small gummi candy so far. :)
