Just a few days late.

And all in all in wasn't too bad. Better than I expected at least.

I did let her know about the negativity that is flying off the walls in our little section. And that it is really hard to keep my head down and get my work done, and actually care what is happening. We talked about that A LOT. and I got some insight as to what a lot of the directors are thinking the future of the company is coming to. Eye opening stuff, and it makes it a lot easier to handle the shift of my tasks and job descriptions. I still don't think I should be responsible for becoming a Sales Person, because that is not the job I signed up for.  But instead of looking at my job as a Service position, and more of an Account Manager...I can see the change and it makes it a little more palatable. Or at least understandable as to why I am expected to do certain things...

Other than that, we touched based on a couple of projects that I have going on, and how those are going. Basically one is at a stand still while I wait for IT to create a report for me, and I have to tell them to STOP since apparently the data they are attempting to pull is completely NOT what Boss Lady wants, and we need to go back and attempt to pull a different set of information. The only problem, I don't think the report she wants is possible. So I have to come up with an alternate way to gather this data as a back up plan.
