Seriously...my bosses boss just got a phone call from a "client" that she asked me to call on Monday. This lady is saying that its been 2 days since she left a message, and no one has called her back.

Uhm, Hi Lady...remember me? I spoke to you at length on Monday afternoon, explained that I handle very little of the program that you are asking about, and would have to contact someone to get the information you needed. It might be easy to forget since unfortunately I was not able to give you the information you were looking for, but we were on the phone for at least 20 minutes.

How completely frustrating! Luckily I had all the notes that I had taken during this 20 minute conversation that apparently never happened, as well as the e-mail I sent to get the information she needed (which YES I printed and carried into Boss Lady's Boss's office) Then I had to e-mail THE CEO OF THE COMPANY and ask him to call Crazy Lady. Great, wonder what an earful he is going to get. I am keeping all my notes and e-mails, unless she wants to contend that I just made up all these notes (which includes her phone number, e-mail address and all the details of the information/questions she had)

Craziness....I need to find my place of Zen
