OMG - I finally have internet in my trailer. Bout damn time. Okay - so it's not as fast as the house computer but it's totally faster than dial-up. Gawd dial-up was slow. I remember when we had the 14.4 k modem ... ROFL - that was the shit back in the day. That thing was just BLAZING FAST. Then we got the 28.8 k modem ... even faster ... then the 56k. We were livin life in the fast lane ... THENNNN came the DSL. That was the awesomest thing EVER. Still is. Totally pimpin shit right there. It's a bit slower here in the trailer but that's okay. I'm not really worried about it. I just wanted to get some internet time before I leave for work in an hour.

Speaking of work ... my last day off was October 20th. My next day off - Halloween. How sick is that? Yeah - I've been working almost 2 weeks solid but I know I'm going to have a pretty good check. I'm hoping to break the $400 again.

Since I have Saturday off - and it's Halloween - I'm hoping to catch the last day of the Haunted Wrecking Yard. It's $15 to get in but you get $2 off if you bring a canned food donation for the local food bank - which is really cool of them to do that. Not to mention it's a really popular event.
