Sometimes we just forget.....
We are alive...
And if we are well too....its a double gift we have ....
This month signs the anniversary of my younger sister's passing away.
It would also have been her b-day.
So....Happy Birth day, sorellina.
I remember you....

Its like a cycle...most days the thought of the loss assumes the shape of a past we can't change and so it comes the acceptance..a quiet somber acceptance.....there is no even more pain..
Then other times the riff of a sudden memory engulfs our sense ..no matter from where and when..and we wonder.... why that happened?
It never ends.
Secret....thank you, my friend....you are right...there is nothing else we can do if not wiping the tears and smiling again....

My deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences my love. Losing someone you love before their time is a difficult tragedy to reconcile, if ever.
