  Sorry, no time to comment. I am on my way to a book burning. Or was it a conservative talk show or FOX News banning. I forget. Who cares as long as those who oppose Chairman Obama are silenced. And who cares if the rich have their pay cut? That does not affect me. I take joy in seeing the government control things like that and that it will never apply to me ... will it? Wait a minute. This does not add up. If Big Brother (Obama) is limiting what executives can make, that will reduce the number of rich people, right? I thought rich people were the ones that he is going to tax to pay for healthcare, etc. If we start reducing the number of rich people, where will all the taxes come from? Who will pay for all this crap?

  My heart bleeds for these "poor" rich people.  Their pay is being  capped at level which most of us would take a lifetime to earn.  And while we are at i what the hell do you think goes on in business all the time.  The worker approaches the boss.  "I need a pay rise".  Says boss: "Sorry, no can do.  I am going to have keep costs down. So your pay is capped".
  
  If only neoliberal neanderthals only knew it - Obama is precisely the kind of pro-capitalist politician they need o run their system.  There is not a snowballs chance in hell he is going to jeopardise the existence of a massively unequal exploitaive system that can only ever run in the interests of the capitalist class he hob knobs with

  Unfortunately, no, Obama will never bridge the gap between the ultra-rich and the ultra-poor and whoever thought it would is a tool.
   
  Even though I am far from a rich man, I know a few, and they're thinking about simply retiring and closing their businesses, some of which are not small, and that leaves employees without a job. Can anybody give me a reason why a rich man shouldn't? By continuing to operate as a board member/employee they are taxed 58% (meaning they work from January 1st to nearly the 4th of July -- how ironic! -- simply to pay taxes for the year). The economy tanked, leaving their businesses in a state where they can't sell them for profit. Where's the win-side?
   
  And to whine because some bean-counter can't get a fucking raise... Seriously? My wife didn't get a raise this year. She had the privilege of keeping her job and she's a nurse! She's about to have her health care yanked out from under her under this stupid universal health care crap and it's a fucking joke. Even the libs at her hospital are so pissed they could spit.
