Which raises my issue: funeral processions.
What is up with that? It's the 21st Century, folks. We're going to have to start scheduling these things for Procession Day once we decide what day that should be, because of the impracticality of having spontaneous parades whenever someone happens to die.
On Procession Day you can get lined up with other mourners and drive through the city flashing electronic billboards of the deceased for the year.
I'm thinking sometime in August, which has no official holidays anyway. Then we can all stay home on Procession Day to avoid the funeral processions.
Meanwhile, think of the pick-up in the economy for FedEx and UPS....
