In a move that still has my head spinning right round Obama has taken what can only be viewed as a step (albeit a small step) towards legalizing marijuana.  He has changed the policy so that the feds will no longer harass medical marijuana salespeople.  Considering how quickly and nonchalantly he laughed off the idea of legalizing it less than a year ago I assumed that the War on Drugs would continue on with a little less fanfare but not that Obama would back off.  I'm impressed.
