One of my girlfriends(Yes I have the fortune of knowing alot of single mamas) tells me this story about how her ex not paying the rent on her condo for a couple of months when she thought he was,right before he walked out and left for Pheniox. He left her with kids,7months of unpaid rent,and drained a secret savings account of $5,000 dollars which she is just finding out about him changing her pin number and draining.
Yeah this dude was a real winner. Well she had to go to" the man" to get a one shot deal and they told her fine if she can prove that she can come up with Sept rent but we've already in Oct going into Nov. And she needed close to $1,000 for that. I couldn't lend it to her and I know of only 1loan shark b/c someone borrowed $400 from me(another coworker) to pay their rent. What is up with these people? Does anyone hear the word 2nd job? I went to him on her behalf and offered to make the introduction. He said NO b/c she doesn't work with us and outside debts are harder to collect thats why alot of people he knows no longer lend. And that unless I could guarentee her debt(meaning if she missed a payment I'd have to guarentee that I'd make it.),which I wasn't doing b/c 1,000 dollars is alot of money and I got my own kids and bills to attend to or else I would have given her the loan myself.
I could see that that wasn't going to happen. I feel bad about her situation though. And then the real kicker was that he rented her condo right from underneath her.She was home one day and her door opens with two strange people standing in her hallway who say that her ex rented the place to them with a $5,000 downpayment and told them that they were all moving to pheniox. She felt bad and told the couple sorry but they had been duped and that her ex was in pheniox by himself doing a bid there.
Wow. I know some really smart intellectual women who happen to make stupid choices when it comes to men. I told her months ago when he left to take him for childsupport so that at least the payments would be consistant and could help her out a bit. She went on and on about how they were both adults and they knew what they had to do and that she felt like there was no need to take him that he would come around. Hah!
I told her that as soon as he gets out she needs to take him just if for nothing else but principal.He did so much stealing , hurt her so bad,and then left her with the 3kids I told her she was good if she was going to let him just get off and get away like that. I don't know. I like to hear about the nurses from my other job. Most are married live in the burbs and have simple drama like walking jr to the park on his buggy cart and he falls asleep with his head bobbing all over the place or taking their husband and kid to see Britney should they or shouldn't they? Maybe its just me.
