I want so badly for somebody to just hold me right now... to get any amount of comfort that I wa.. that I need. I'm hurting today, I'm betrayed, I hate people at the moment. Ill just hug myself like I have for the last like 2 months when I'm upset, I only have myself to hold me when I'm upset.

Touch and being held is so important for everyone - starting at birth. I remember in elementary school we had auditorium events where all of the kids in the school would sit on the floor in lines, while the principal would do his talking routine...Anyway, I had no touch or hugs coming from my house, but I found a way to get the touch I needed during these events....I asked the girl behind me to tickle my back! Soon many of us did this during sit downs. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the feel of someone's hands on my back made me feel so alive...I waited for more opportunities to get touched at school; I guess I was kinda weird.I'm sending all of my best angels your way to surround and hold you tight... -
