  I think most animals and people need a "break in" period to get used to their surroundings.  I'm sure he'll settle right in once he feels comfortable with his new home.  I hope you both get a chance to take "cat naps". lol

  A beautiful cat. Oops. Sorry Theo. You are a very HANDSOME cat! ( I know the sensitivity level of cats...) It will take him a little while to settle in but then, you know this is true, he will OWN the place. How old is he and where did you get him? I know, I probably missed a post.

  Well I was extremely honoured to have already seen this gorgeous little guy (well, not so little ha ha) but he looks even more handsome here!
  
  Oh, I so remember first bringing my Harry home - the crying and pacing behind the sofa (that's Harry by the way not me lol), wondering where he was and us not being able to explain to him.  Wasn't long before he was the barmy fella we all fell in love with.  I'm so pleased you have this little guy mims.  He will be such a calming influence and will give you so much love.
  
  I bet Miss Grumpy was watching over you both and shaking her head when Theo went on Mr Mimi's dresser :-)

  woman -- my old cat was a female -- I keep calling Theo a pretty girl.  I sure hope he's confident in his masculinity.  He's six years old, or thereabouts.  My husband's boss's daughter needed to find Theo a new home, and was at the point of having him euthanized.  Needless to say, I took him. 
  
  peecee -- He is sooo affectionate, just like your Harry.  And he a talker -- well, really, a squeaker.  He has such a quiet squeaky meow, sometimes he opens his mouth and nothing comes out.
  
  Hege -- i think he's very handsome, and appears to be a lot calmer tonight.  Maybe we'll both get some sleep tonight.

  Twirlie -- So far he hasn't eaten much.  His former human servant said he slept at the end of her bed.  So far, this has not been the case.  He's up and down and up and down all night.  Betty is an awesome name for a kitty.  :)
