If a guy said " i want to be friends with you because you're cool.." does it mean anything else than really wanting to be friends? I'm clueless I just want to know.

Can a guy really want to be just friends with a girl he just met? is there such thing?

I don't want to be a snob but I don't also want to entertain potential suitors. Friends are welcome anytime. The guy is a client I have met first time yesterday. After our meeting he got comfortable with me and started sending txt messages on my way home.

thanks in advance.

It is quite natural for individuals to feel embarrassed, hurt or discouraged when their thoughts, opinions, suggestions, performances, etc are being criticized by other individuals in the society, community or public forum....
