unheard of right?
but she was SO excited. we won the case. my ex can no longer file in court against me.
thank god. she just hadn't gotten a chance to call me earlier in the day because she'd been in court all day.
the commissioner hadn't informed us of his ruling the day of the hearing because my ex's side had filed literally 3 INCHES worth of paperwork. and my side filed an inch of paper work in response. and the commissioner hadn't had time to go through all of it.
it almost makes me nervous though. now that he can't file in court without extreme evidence that i'm a bad mom (not even remotely possible) without getting sanctioned. Now he's going to be desperate. What will a psycho desperate man do to get his children when legal means have failed him?
a bit scary.
i filed a parenting plan with the girls school. he can't take them out of school
anyway, so i'm relieved. (i HATE court) but a little apprehensive at the same time.

Wow, well I'm glad to hear this part is settled thing. I am going to supremely hope and keep you and yours in my thoughts that he is NOT desperate and deranged enough to take any further measures. -

me too. all i can picture in my head is when he gets the kids for christmas this year him taking off with them to parts unknown.
that's not really like him..... but, i have a strong feeling he will NOT just give up. that ISN'T like him.
