♥ As most of you know, the capital city of the Philippines, Manila and it´s neighbouring provinces have suffered enormously from the worst typhoon in the history of the land. A lot of people lost their lives and their homes. I would not post any videos showing the tragedy, as I know most of you have seen it already for yourself on the net and television. It pains my heart to see the images because I myself have experienced how it is to be evacuated it the middle of the night with the flood only centimeters away from the electricity sockets (I grew up in Pasig, where it constantly flooded during typhoon months). It is paralyzing to only look, and not help concretely; I can only pray, and make an effort to contribute in a small way.
