Sounds easy but we all have the habit of reviewing what went on in the past, rehashing it over and over and wonder how we can change it.
Hi, guess what? YOU can't change it and that is the point of living in the moment. That doesn't mean to forget it because it impacts you and your psyche but you can't let it take you over and rule how you will live, going forward. What happened, happened and you either let it drag you down or you let it go and move on to the next experience. The best we can do is accept the experience, embrace and learn from it, then find something within us to make a change for the future.
