AM 32 AND HAVE BEEN DOING BODY BUILDING FOR 1& HALF YEARS AND HAVE BUILT GREAT MUSCLE TONE .I HAVE BEEN VEGERTRIAN FOR 17 YEARS AND I FIND THIS HELPS WITH KEEPING YOU LEAN.I STARTED OFF WITH A LATERAL THIGH TRAINER AND WEIGHTS AT HOME .I WOULD DO LOW WEIGHT WITH PLENTY OF REPS AND 30 MINS ON LTT THE CARDIO HELPS TO STRIP YOUR BODY OF FAT WHICH WILL ALLOW THE LEAN MUSCLE TO SHOW THROUGH GIVING GREAT RESULTS. IN 6 MONTHS I HAD LOST 2 STONE AND BUILT MUSCLE MY BODY WAS FAB I THEN WENT ON TO JOIN A GYM TO UP MY GAME AS I WAS NOW STRONGER AND COULD LIFT MORE WEIGHT AND I INCREASED MY CARDIO 30 MIN CROSS RUNNER 30 MIN TREAD MILL I WAS DOING THIS 3-4 TIMES A WEEK MY HARD WORK WAS WELL WORTH IT I HAD PEOPLE IN THE GYM ASKING HOW THEY TO COULD GET A BODY LIKE MINE WOMEN OF COURSE LOL.
ALOT OF IT IS DOWN TO DIET TO KEEP CARBS LOW I WAS HAVING AROUND 200CARBS A DAY SULTANA BRAN FLAKES AND A EGG CUSTARD(I HAD TO I LOVE THEM LOL ) FOR BREAKFAST ALWAYS HAD A PROTIEN BAR WITH ME IN GYM WHILE WEIGHT LIFTING ,HAD SCRAMBLED EGG ON 2 BROWN TOAST WITH MARMITE FOR DINNER ,YOGURT,FRUIT,AND MOST NIGHTS FOR TEA A SALAD (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF PROTIEN THIS IS VITAL FOR BUILDING MUSCLE)
I ALSO STARTED BODY PUMP AT MY GYM WHICH I DO TWICE AWEEK THAT IS FUN AS THERE IS A GROUP OF YOU SO YOU CAN HAVE A LITTLE NATTER THE BODY PUMP IS WORKEN EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY LOTS OF REPS BUT LOW WEIGHT ON TOP OF THIS I STILL DO MY CARDIO 2-3 TIMES AWEEK MAINLY JUST CROSS RUNNER NOW AND I DO A HEAVY WEIGHT SESSION TO AM NOT ON STEROIDS AND WOULD NEVER TOUCH THEM EACH TO THERE OWN I BELIEVE YOU CAN GET A GREAT BODY PURLEY BY HARD WORK AND DIET WHEN YOU GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT YOU CAN UP YOUR CARBS SLOWLY I HAVE AROUND 350 NOW AND AM STAYING AT MY DESIRED WEIGHT AND LOVE THE WAY I LOOK SO IF YOU WANT LEAN MUSCLE KEEP THEM CARBS LOW AND DO CARDIO 3 TIMES AWEEK PLUS LOW WEIGHT ( PLENTY OF REPS )AM AT MOMENT WORKING ON BIGGER ARMS SO I WILL BE ON LESS REPS AND MORE WEIGHT WORKING ALOT ON MY BICEPS AND TRICEPS AND ITS A GOOD EXCUSE TO EAT MORE LOL.I HOPE THIS INFO HELPS PS MEN LOVE A WOMEN WITH MUSCLE MY PARTNER COMMENTS ON MY BODY ALOT SO ITS WORTH DOING JUST FOR THAT EXTRA BIT OF ATTENTION FROM HIM PLUS YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF GETTING CHECKED OUT ALOT MORE BY YOUNGER MEN AND WHAT WOMEN HATES THAT HEY LOL .JUST REMEMBER TO ENJOY YOUR WORKOUTS IF YOU GET ABIT DOWN WITH IT ALL ITS OK TO HAVE A BREAK FROM IT FOR 2-4 DAYS I HAVE DONE THIS MYSELF AND IT DOES MORE HELP THAN HARM.
