  I have noticed that it has been a bit quiet in here lately. Alienated has a post on people losing interest in Soulcast. I think I will post something about it soon, too. Time is the essential factor for me. The day's just not long enough.

  A lot of my acquaintances like the sites with video and photos. But I am a reader. So, SoulCast is my thing. I have met some wonderful writers and kind people. It feels wonderful to vent. I hope it does not go away.

  Ya, I noticed some posts are "tired" looking, as if struggling to fill the need to post daily. I think we should all not worry about not posting; post something you believe in, or is interesting and likely to elicit enthusiasm, not just post 'attractive' titles to get views. Some will post anything that gives them a chance to talk about sex, because they know you get views if the 3 letter word is seen..
  Post something from the heart, and one that will attract large readership, good quality jokes, ...
  If you have nothing good to post , visit other blogs and comment on the good posts... Ignore some of those "nipple piercing " types... (there I go again). hahahaha

  I think fall is always that busy back to school time when schedules have to be readjusted. Even if you are not in school, it will affect you if your kids or grandkids are in school. As soon as everyone settles into their new schedules, they'll be back here to tell us why school sucks.

  My schoolyear is a lot different from most other countries (March to December), so I joined SoulCast while in school. This is kind of a double-edged sword since, although it gives me topics to write about, it also deprives my brain of sleep... ultimately causing that my creativity levels go on to negative numbers.
  
  I can't really say if SC has become more or less quiet, but what I can say is that usually posts on the featured page were like 300+ views and kazillion comments. Lately, they've been having around 1 or two comments and that's it.
  
  See, school is to blame! School is our ultimate nemesis! :P

  Hi Nessie... Welcome to Soulcast :) Well, Soulcast is usually a lot busier, but lately it's been kinda quiet. But like they say, it's probably something to do with the schoolyear. Don't give up. Keep writing and hopefully Soulcast is gonna get back to normal soon :)
