I was reading through your ToU and privacy policy, and though you have the uncensored motto. You clearly have the right to modify, delete content and censor as you see fit.
1. I enjoy the community and I would rather not create road blocks to building a readership on this site. I recently posted an entry about miro and thepiratebay though both are legal in the country of origin does this create a liable issue for you as the site owner/administrator? I get legalese and the desire to protect one's vulnerability I'm more just trying to find where you draw the line.
2. I think you could take advantage of the picture sharing aspect of social networking and directly integrate it in to your site. rather then provide traffic to say flickr. Unless of course if you have a business arrangement with them...let me know, I'll stop using photobucket, there service is not really 100% functional with linux users any ways.
3. On a final note, I have ad-sense setup I provided my account info, I do not see any ads, what so ever is there something I am missing? I noted a entry about this issue in 2007, what is the current status?
Thank you for your time,
I appreciate your efforts.
Have a great day.
