Help! I am not valued at work! I am not sure why I didn't notice this last year, but my bosses hold the teachers at our school at absolutely no value. Our bosses are business people, not educators. My one boss gets hair brained ideas and wants us to implement them, and these items are not open to debate. I am VERY frustrated because there have been several things already this year that I know from experience DO NOT WORK, yet my boss is making me do them. I don't want my kids' parents to think I am a moron and I think these things will only backfire to make me..not my estmeemed bosses.... look bad. What can I do? Talking to her is like beating your head against a brick wall. She gets defensive and refuses to see any other point of view than her own. I don't know what to do. I am so angry and frustrated!
