  I was playing with this sound generating program called pzizz in the sleep tracks of the program it has a really relaxing Celtic prayer.
  
  I am not spiritual, more on the side of a skeptic.
  
  I do how ever appreciate beauty, and this prayer is most certainly that.  I'm going to listen to the track and when it pops up I'll word for word post it.

  Des.....there are a zillions of videos with meditation and spiritual meaning around......i often listen to them at work....
  
  They actually do help me to focus better....:-)
  
  Strange.......i am like you....more a skeptic than else.....but i appreciate the depth and the beauty of any form of connectivity with some kind of universal core we all share.....
  A great connectivity tool is art.
  
  If we are able somehow to reach more balance between others and within ourselves...i think that one more Namaste can't harm.....;-)
