This is what I have to say about the workshops with Virginia Swanson. My Son and I were able to go to one of the caravans to see properties and we chose one that seemed like a good deal to us.We got financing to cover the entire cost of the building. When we finish Escrow, we decided to keep the house and remodel it and then to sale it.
I really enjoy the information we received from the program and it was easy to get the loan with the sources we were referred to.
My Son just called a couple of the loan brokers and they said, “Sure” and we were ready to go.
There was no money involved from us.
