God damn it! I fucking hate mother nature this month! ='( First I didn't get my awesome week of the month at the time I expected. Later than what I thought. And I have the worst fucking cramps ever! There the curl up in a ball and cry cry cry cramps. *sigh* I can't wait till this week is over ha ha XD I hope the cramps don't go to my lower back... oh god that is painful! It's death! Anyway, I'm going to go and see if there is any advil here, or something!

Simply, I feel your pain, lol. A tip for you, make sure you stay plenty hydrated and maybe cut back on the salty stuff for a couple days before you expect to start and then while you're having that oh so fun thing mother nature gives us. It might not knock the cramps out completely, but it will help a little, and yeah ... plenty of Advil, lol. -
