Does it bother you to read someone's blog or receive an email and it is all done in capital letter's?

must admit that it does bother me a little but I usually ignore it and
just wonder why do it. I notice someone will write the person and say,
hey what is the problem? will you stop it with the caps, why are you so
angry? this is the type that it really bothers.

lady was fired for always sending letters to fellow employees done in
caps. She was not pleased with the way that they were filling out
certain forms and this was her way in getting her point across.
People complained about it and she was fired.
She sued the company and won, apparently you can't be fired for writing in all caps, no matter how annoying it is.
