Last Saturday we girls went out to play. A., M., B., and me were on a mission, what a fine gathering of souls.
We started out with a Continental breakfast, champaign and orange juice with a spread of fresh fruits and dips. We sat there for hours enjoying these others company. We were in full blown laughter and some real naughty talk .... a younger version of dirty little old ladies. *smile* Well we were on a mission of get on down, shake your booty evening. We were up to no good.
We bopped from place to place, feeling the vibes, seeing if this was the place to land. Till we found this wonderful out of the area, cabin-looking tavern. We unloaded and in we went, the place was perfect. It had great pool tables, clean restrooms and a beautiful bar. We had found "the" place to play.
A and M went straight to the pool tables and racked them. B and me got the first round of drinks. A and M were already at it, who was going to kick whos butt?! :~) I headed to the jukebox and dropped a load of money in it, had to make sure that we had music to shake our botties to. *smile*
Before we knew it the place was filling up with all kind of folks. The men were well dressed and came in all shapes and sizes. ;~) oh and all different ages too!
Well i was asked to dance, of course without hesitation off i went! I was asked by a couple of nice looking men to dance, which i did and had a great time. I was starting to melt my face off so i went to the ladies room. I chilled and refreshed my make up. I sat back down, when this man came up to ask me to dance with him. A slow dance.... hmmm.... ok. Lordy, he smelled as good as he looked, a good dancer too. He walked me back to my table, the girls were still playing pool, so he asked if he could join me. hmmmm.... ok
I could see the girls, staring and giggling. I knew what they were saying too. ;~)
He was polite, witty, funny and i could see he was a smart soul. hmmmm It didn't take no time at all before we were talking like old friends. He was delightful so natural and layed back guy. I liked. *smile*
Well here comes the girls back to the table. He decided this was the time to leave. Nope, the girls told him to have a seat and stay for awhile. Oh no! ;~)
The rest of the evening went great. He hung out with us and we all had the time of our lives! Dog gone it! I heard the last call for alcohol. We had stopped drinking awhile back so we could get our butts home. But still i knew the evening was ending. :~(
This very nice, gentle man ask if he could walk me to the car, sure i would love for you to. I felt alittle sad leaving, it must of been on my face. He asked for my phone number.....hmmm i ask him if i could have his instead. ;~) I was handed a calling card. lol..... too cool.
So here we all are, saying are goodbyes when he brought me to him and kissed me like i haven't been kissed in a long time. Lordy be! I got off balanced by the kiss! *smile* Heck, he took my breath away. sigh
He smiled a big one and off he went. I was frozen in the moment, the girls all yelled at me to put my tongue back in my mouth! *smile* I was smiling from ear to ear, as i climbed in the car. I was quiet on the trip home. Rerunning the night in my head. This was a first for me.
