Oh, thank you so much for sharing (my personal favorite - (pacific NW) and the Oregon coast. I have actually been there!! I just love everything about that coastline. your pics are wonderful!! -

ginger.....an english painting!....yes...that is a good way to describe it....I think that is what I like about it too....if it weren't for the water in the foreground you wouldn't know that it was a photograph....thanks!

D6fer ~ we stayed at some hotel not far from haystack. We could see it from our balcony. your personal favorite looks like something you might see in a dinasaur movie~ Love it~ -

D6fer, I don't know much about you but even though some of your photos have some focusing issues I can see you have an eye for beauty and some of the things you captured show you have creative vision as well. Yes, the last photo was really the best one. I would have loved to see that too. The light and the atmosphere create a wonderful mood in the image. I also liked the seaweed shot and the crevice shot. It's funny because if I had heard you took a crevice shot at the sea shore I would have imagined something really different! -

hotaka.....thanks.....I have always enjoyed photography....wanted to get into it when I got out of high school, but life got into the way I guess......we just got a new slr digital camera
and I am rediscovering that old passion.....ahhhh yes...nothing like a sandy crevice! lol
It really was a being in the right place at the right time kind of thing.....I love the early morning sun for taking pictures.

I think a digital camera is a great way to rediscover or even start with photography. You have the freedom to try anything and everything without worrying about film cost. Keep sharing your photos here. I want to see more.
