So since I don't get to get out of the house much, I have found a way to make the time go by faster. I have started making jewelry. I made a necklace today, and I have to say I am quite pleased with the way it turned out! It's white twine, but I finger crocheted it into a beautiful design. I took some Art clay 650 (which when heated turns into pure silver) and spun it into a pentacle. I added it to the twine, and it just looks so nice! I think I might make some rings or something tonight. I'm also trying to learn how to work with gold. Gold is so soft, it's harder to work with. My friend, Angie, is rather crafty. She's the one kind of showing me the ropes. Her uncle is a geologist, and he gives her all sorts of precious gems. I might even try to make myself a little extra cash by selling some of the art I create :-) Anyhow, not much else going on. Started the radiation and progestin treatments this week. I'm exhausted. I'll blog more later....
Until...
