who in your opinion, at this very early stage of the NFL season, is the best quarterback in the league?

i'm not sure i know who it is yet, myself, but i'm curious what other fans think.

Peyton Manning is the best quarterback without a doubt.

    Brady, is probably 2nd-

How are you measuring best, though? Are we strictly using statistics to measure best or are we using those intangible qualities that can't be measured?

as usual w/ such questions: interpret the word "best" in whatever way you like. :>

    silver.....they've only played two games.

there's no question Peyton Manning is the best passer in the game. It helps that he usually has plenty of time with the ball too.

But I like Brady's ability to manage the game; I think he does this best.

i know they've only played two games, dude. but hey, making irresponsible predictions based upon limited information is something that we fans do sometimes. :>

ok. but I reserve the right to change my mind later.

I take Peyton hands down in both passing ability and field marshalling categories... the man calls every play on the offensive side of the ball, which is impressive to say the least, allowing Mr. Dungy to focus his efforts on the defense.

The only time I disagreed was when he told the coach no (on the field!) and went his own way... luckily it worked out, but still.

Wow usually when I see this question around this area, people would say without a doubt Big Ben. But i don't watch much football so I have no real response other then the home team guys ;)
