First of all, I am not sure what biasis is. I will assume you mean bias or biases.
I think I see your point, but you are missing the point about media bias. Publishers sell books of all kinds -- liberal, conservative, and in between. No big deal there. No one expects an author to write about something they do not believe in.
When people talk about media bias, they are talking about TV programs, movies, and publications, like newspapers and magazines, having a liberal slant. Any news reporter (TV, radio, or print) should not take a side. They should just report the news. "Reporters", like the guys on MSNBC, may as well be working for the Democrat party. They slam Republicans at every opportunity and exalt Democrats even more often. Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are not really reporters (although lots of people think they are), but they also are rabid liberals and Democrats.
I heard an example the other night. A reporter writes a story with the title "Court Denies Abortion Rights" or something like that. The reporter is giving an opinion by saying the word "rights". With that one word, the reporter is no longer reporting the news or being objective. But you probably know all that.
Again, i was reffering to the print media, i very rarely watch stewart, colbert, limbaugh or O'rielly because they are more entertainers than newspeople, i tend to watch either BBC world news or ITV news which on the most part i find fairly balanced. I agree with the opinion part of your statement, i can recall what news show it was but i remember it used to have an opinion piece at the end and it always started with "in the opinion of this anchor" to bad that seems to have given way to "in the opinion of this anchor, the news is"
