Ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch.

Blooming heck but it hurts.  Time for the heat pack and painkillers I think.

I have been decorating this week and have for the second time pushed myself to the 'can barely move' stage to get what I needed to finished for the day.

Sadly this stage seems to arrive sooner than it used to and the aches are in ever more uncomfortable places.

At least the end result will be worth the effort and pain. I hope.
