   They say gluttony is a sin don't they?  I enjoyed it at the time and stopped after a sensible amount  but pretty shortly after felt decidedly dodgy. In fact I headed for bed and very shortly after made the acquaintance of both the toilet and a bucket.
  
  The onset was so swift and thankfully over and done with 4 hours later that I fear I must have had an adverse digestive reaction to the ice cream. The macadamia nuts perhaps?
  
  The remainder of the tub is in the freezer still but I really don't want to risk it again. Apparently I now have a fairly classic aversion response as just the thought of it makes me curl my nose and my stomach churn... =(
