My local supermarket is a Tesco so as I shop there a lot I have a club card (probably like every other person in the country).  When I get my club card vouchers through the post in the past I have always just cashed them in for a bit of money off my shopping, but not any more.

My wife has just discovered the Tesco club card deals and now we are saving for them.  We did not realise that they were so good.  If you use the deals instead of cashing them in you get quadruple your money and get some really good things to get.

We have had our eye on the season pass from Merlin, the company that owns Alton Towers, Madame Tussauds, Lego land, Warwick castle, and most importantly the sea life centres.  My wife loves sharks and can spend hours just standing in the shark tunnels they have there so it is a really good deal for us.  Last time we had a season ticket it was for Woburn Safari park and we used that at least once per month, which meant it easily paid for itself.

With the clubcard vouchers you can also get meals out at pizza express, air miles and cinema tickets.  I wish I realised it before s we have used so many club card vouchers for their face value.  There are also loopholes with products in store that are worth looking into if you were going to buy something on the list.  Every so often Money saving expert reports on a product that gives you more clubcard points that it’s actual value.  At the moment it is bottles of wine that if you buy 6 you get more partner rewards for the club card than the actual price of the wine.  This means that you can buy all the wine, then get when you were going to buy with the club card vouchers.  In the end you get what you wanted and also loads of wine as well, and who can complain at that.
