It never ceases to amaze me what you can find on the internet when typing things at random into search engines. Heres some of the things I've found today.

If you spell all the numbers and try to find letter "A" you will have to count to thousAnd.

Did you know that: 111,111,111 x 111,111,111 = 12,345,678,987,654,321.

Also 1,741,725 = 17 + 77 + 47 + 17 + 77 + 27 + 57.

There are 293 ways to make change for a dollar.

Maybe you didn’t know but WD-40 stands for Water Displacement, 40th attempt. Name was coined by the chemist, Norm Larsen, while he was attempting to concoct a formula to prevent corrosion by displacing water. Norm\'s persistence paid off when he perfected the formula on his 40th try.

An atom is made of 200 or more subatomic particles because it is told that in an atom there is so much space and electrons take only 1/1000th volume of it so there is plenty of space left.

Had some time on your hands did you?  Lol.  The first one I knew, the second one I roughly remember from a high school math class, the last ones ... those were interesting and new, especially the WD-40 (heh, sorry, it's more practical in my every day life to discuss the uses and meanings of WD-40 than it is to discuss atoms, particles or otherwise).

Hi Hege...yeah just a little. Actually looking at it now the 1,721,745 doesn't make sence that must be x not +.

the math hurt my brain so I hurried past it.  I did not know that about WD-40, but I'm a big fan of the stuff!  As for atom and subatomic particles and such ....... again, it hurts us! (think smeagle)

I only know of one way to make change for a dollar.

    From your hand to mine!

Just kidding.  I didn't know any of this stuff. My brain must be mostly made of subatomic particles, because there's plenty of room left empty, even with the firing of the electrons when I try to think........

i dident know nothing but i smaile very much, lol.

Hi Uni...I always let others do the math too. Thats what calculators are for :) Nasty, wicked, false.......No not master.

Hi wombat... your brain seems alot like mine. You'd think with all that room I'd have a better memory. :)

Hi bhalah... Glad you enjoyed. :)

oh crap, that wasn't meant to be in bad taste, but it sounded that way! i did not mean it offensively! i only said that b/c of the reference to an assignment..i hope i didn't stick my foot in my mouth

I knew some but the number ones are interesting. I know of a very cool number. Here's the web site:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/142857_(number)

There are lots of web sites for this actually. It's interesting because when I went to school we learned to use 22/7 as a substitute for Pi. 22 divided by 7 is 3.142857 with the numbers after the decimal repeating, the same number as above.

Hi Grape...thanks for those ...they don't fit in my bong thou :P

Hi Hotaka...I came across that one but couldn't understand what they were going on about. That link explained it much better thanks.

dude take a magazine to the bathroom or type in PORN~Joking~ keep posting the interesting facts gives us something to do. How long does it take for a marajuana plant to mature? ~wolf~
  • superbozo said on Jul 22, 2009....
Hi Wolf....depends on when you plant it mate. It's quicker and year round with a hydroponic kit. In soil if you plant in early spring about 20 weeks. You need to learn how to tip the leaves properly and the differece between a male and female plant. Then you need to keep the female plant away from all the males to cut down on the amount of seeds and watch that she doesn't chuck out a male branch so that she can fertalise herself. Then you should have a nice bushy plant towards mid to late summer. Oh yeah i didn't need to look that up LMAO. Misspent youth.
