A very nice project.
It will lessen the traffic at certain junctions such as:
Alabang-Zapote Flyover
Coastal-Zapote Junction
Zapote-Cavite Junction
These areas are really heavily trafficked.
No matter what time it is, rush hour or not, schooldays or not, south bound or north bound lanes....have at least 30 minutes spare for you not to be late.
