It has been two months since I last had my workout.

Well, actually, every morning I walk to the office from the jeepney stop. Walking entails having to cross the overpass and another 5-10 minute walk around the buildings, which would render me sweating when I come in the office. Don't worry though, I always have my towels and I manage to freshen up at the girls room before going to my usual work. Of course, I do manage to have an exercise every other night. Oh if you are wondering, how is it exercise on my part? Errr. let's just say I like to ride the bicycle.

I am rather thankful though because even if I hadn't really been working out, I still manage to keep my weight. I'm now 102 lbs for my 5'0" which fits my BMI rather well. However, being to be fit and have something that would relieve me of my stress from work, I need to go back to working out, and I started today. I need to also maintain my abs, well its not a six, and its not even that flat, but its not really a belly either. Well who knows, maybe my tummy would turn into something great. XD

Cheers,
Jackie

thanks queenie.

    Cheers,
    Jackie
