Running in the gym today was interesting. I tend to be one of those very observant people. Glancing to my right was a basketball player, probably trying to get in shape. Well I hate to break it to ya, but you aren't getting in shape by going speed 3 and chatting it up with that muffin top slore you're talking to. To my left was this emaciated girl. I could tell she hadn't eaten in awhile due to her exasperations. I didn't feel bad for her, but I felt as if I understood her. It sucks being a girl. I don't mind the anorexics/exercise bulimics that attend the gym. They come, they work hard, they leave. Thats how the gym is supposed to be. But the women who come to the gym to pick up guys, now that pisses me off. May I suggest that we not forget the so called "juice heads" at the gym. You know those inconsiderate guys that are all beefed up and insist on grunting/moaning/screaming on the top of their lungs while lifting weights that are obviously too heavy for them to lift. Good Rule of Thumb: If you have to excrete some loud, annoying scream in an enclosed area it is because you are lifting TOO MUCH WEIGHT. Put it down and realize that if you go down 10 or so pounds no one will think of you as a pussy. Don't get me wrong it hurts when you max out at the gym, but there is no need to yell so everyone else has to suffer too. THE END.

Oh man do I hate having to hear the screams and grunts. I understand that lifting heavy can bring out the aggression, but there's no need to make everyone hear how hard you're working!
