I have this solution for a rapist.
I think castrating him is doing him a favor. All that you are doing is you are taking his hormones away from him.
Cut his penis off, but keep his testicles so that he can never satisfy himself or be satisfied again and then put him into a room with 100 naked chicks. He will kill himself with frustration I promise you!

Well I kind of like that. Obviously there is no excuse for
rape and a rapist should be punished. There are a couple
of possible flaws tho:
What if you accidentally castrate the wrong guy?
He can still "rape" some girl with an object like a
broom handle or gun or something if the urge is still
with him.
What about if it´s a date rape, or if it´s a "her word
against his" type thing?

A bit extreme but hey I love the idea! The only problem is the number of innocent people convicted for crimes. Recently in the news there was a story about a man who was put to death years ago and was found to be innocent.
