Before me lays life's gallery,
Intrepid once was little me.
Fear haunts me now, not a monster thou.
But a demon greater, than I ever feared.
The image I see, is known best to me.
I feel terror, when this devil appeared.
The presence lingers before every sleep,
and will be there every morning.
Bait to emerge lays everywhere,
as both temptation and a warning.
The one in past causing most pain,
is begging for infection.
To infiltrate my deepest core,
this demon, my reflection.
Best of wishes in all thy future endeavors & ♥ ∞,
