Embroidery is the use of rayon or polyester thread to customize apparel such as t-shirts, polo golf shirts, hats, jackets, bags, business wear, and uniforms. Embroidery works by creating what is called a digitized file so that the embroidery machines know where to sew, and with what stitch pattern to sew, to create your perfectly embroidered logo. All logos are given to our in-house embroidery professionals to decide on which stitch pattern to use for each section of your custom designed logo. This is the most important part of the embroidery process, because this is how every single one of your shirts will look based on the digitized embroidery file.
