"site advertises as being Tiffany Jewelry selling over stock items. They promise it is 925 sterling silver and they are Tiffany . When you receive the package it's marked China with no return address to ship the product back. when you read the fine print it allows you one day to ship it back. They make you believe its the real deal by including Tiffany bags and use the same colors on their home page that Tiffany uses. When you contact their customer service you get no response. I feel this is all a scam and they are selling imitation jewelry and not making good when you want your money back........

"Tiffany and Co. is complaining, but not to the FTC. The luxury goods manufacturer has sued eBay in the Southern District of New York in Tiffany (NJ) Inc. v. eBay Inc., accusing it of trademark infringement by facilitating and promoting the sale of tens of thousands of pieces of counterfeit Tiffany jewelry. The fakery has eroded the reputation of the 150-year-old Tiffany brand, the company says.

The "overwhelming majority" of jewelry items sold and offered on eBay's Web site using the Tiffany name are counterfeit, the complaint says. Its research has found that 95 percent of the items are fakes. The issue comes down to whether eBay knew that the items offered for sale at its online auction house were forgeries and what it did to prevent fraudulent sales.

"tiffany1837.co.uk give the impression that they are a uk web store selling tiffany jewelry, the goods i bought came from hong kong ( this is not shown on the web site ) and when i saw them they are poor quality fake rip offs that i would not hang on a tramp, the web page shows images taken from the tiffany site but what you get is not tiffany.
they say they give a refund if you are not happy but they charge a restocking fee of 15% plus you have to front the postage back to them which is to the usa?
this aside i returned the goods to the address they told me too with regestered postage.
7 weeks later all i have from them are a collection off broken english emails saying no worry refund asap, or very sorry products not like good quality,
i have sent many emails asking to be refunded but nothing, please avoid this site and it's fake goods they really are tatty tin like products.

WARNING Do not purchase any 'Tiffany' goods from Tiffanyjewelry.co.uk. The goods will arrive from Hong Kong and are FAKE. You can buy similiar items on the Hong Kong markets for £5.00 or less. We are now seeking redress through our visa company. If you have bought these items do not send them back. They are obliged in law to COLLECT them. They clearly won't! Report to your visa company, have the items valued and ask for a valuation report. Your visa company will require the report and any letters/e-mails you have sent to the the fraud company.
