  1)  The red food would have to be salsa. I'm trying to get the nerve to put salsa on ice cream.
  
  2)  I've never held my breath except around stinky food, farts, and underwater. And never until I was blue. Never seen anyone else stupid enough to turn blue either.
  
  3)  Between skiing and white water rafting, I'd choose rafting. We've made plans to do that, just haven't gotten there yet.
  
  4)  My flag would be a gun, an eagle, a puppy, and a book on a sand field, representing in order - might, freedom,  love, wisdom, and earth.

  2.  Have you ever seen someone hold their breath until they were blue?  Have you done it? I have seen a child do it and I was very impressed. (though they still did not get their way)  I don't have the conviction and discipline to do this.
