The tenth edition of the World Presentation of Haute Horlogerie (WPHH) was a stunning success. This time, the seven group companies of Franck Muller (Genève Franck Muller, Pierre Kunz, ECW, Rodolphe, Barthelay, Backes & Strauss and Martin Braun) exhibit all the clocks in their new collections in an area of over 4,500 developed m2 especially for the occasion on the group's main site in the park and castle Watchland in Genthod. The exhibition, open to the public and running for eight days from April 22 to 15, welcomed over 6,000 visitors - a figure more than 20% higher than in 2006 - and 550 journalists from all continents in this unique setting with its impressive fairytale views of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. The exclusive world premieres on show once again amply demonstrated experience in the watch group, both in terms of complications and prestigious replica watches.
Turnover showed a double-digit growth for the brand is Franck Muller and doubled for the Rodolphe brand, beating all previous records. Martin Braun and Backes & Strauss, joining the WPHH for the first time, exceeded their targets. Pierre Kunz Results also showed an increase, while ECW Barthelay and continued progress.
The highlight of the exhibition was a great night gala on Wednesday, April 18. A section of Vieux Grenadiers 1400 welcomed guests to a stunning evening of entertainment with an exclusive and private concert by Tom Jones, who in our photo is flanked by Franck Muller and Vartan Sirmakes. The singer managed to fill the dance floor with guests including Philippe Senderos, Orianne Collins, Nadine Thalmann (Miss France 2006, Switzerland), Pierre-François Unger, Mark Muller, Carlo Lamprecht and more until 3 am. The next WPHH will take place from 6 to April 13, 2008.
With record numbers of visitors and a remarkable result in terms of turnover, the 2007 edition of the International Watch and Jewelry Exhibition rank very high in the annals of this prestigious event.
In the 35th edition of Baselworld, held from 12 to April 19 this year, 2109 manufacturers of replica rolex watches and jewelry from 45 countries presented their latest collections basle new products and, together with representatives of ancillary industries. The event was covered by more than 2750 journalists from five continents, 9% more than last year. Attendance numbers broke all records with 101,700 visitors from over 100 countries, a new all-time high representing an 8% increase over 2006.
