We offer custom embroidery design: All custom artwork needs to be digitized, meaning that it needs to go to a special embroidery program to be turned into usable artwork for the embroidery machine. Custom artwork has a digitizing fee starting at $9.90, and is dependant on size of artwork and stitch count. Stitch count is determined by size of logo, material that is to be embroidered, and the type of stitching required making the logo aesthetically appealing. This is why we must charge a digitizing fee, to make sure the artwork is embroidered professionally.
