What do people mean when they talk about self-improvement . The ability to improve the self naturaly , yet what does that acctualy mean , what or where is the self ? . Its obviousely not just the physical . So it must be the Soul or the Mind , what if the soul IS the mind then what ? . Do we have to stretch the mind , expand our awareness to think outside the box or as some may say to get 'Outside Our Skulls' . To grow , to mature , to expand is our nature yet we grow into our skulls , we are forever expanding and growing as babies and small children , we are allways asking the eternal question WHY ? . That one question is responsible for more growth than any other question in human nature . Yet we stop , stop asking that question . Maybe because we are scarred of looking silly to our peers . So to grow is to expand and mature , but when we get to maturity we should never forget to question , to question the status-quo , the accessible normality that we drift in , in our everyday lives . To stretch that is the aim with the goal being to expand our horizons our intellect our minds , our very inner core . This should not be too comfortable as growth gives birth to growing pains and stretching must hurt just a little , just as any exercise tires the body so too must expanding our minds , the very act of stretching must in its very nature hurt a little ! . The good thing is that growth is not limited to intelligence . All you have to do is make a pact with yourself to learn at least one new thing a day and you will grow beyond measure ! ! ! .

    I enjoyed your questioning

my orientation to the human expansion process is the heart, it has some very amazing attributes

I will be back and provide some excerpts from my book panGasm about he heart

are u new, or a reincarnation of another name here at Soul Cast 'hate to contemplate'?

here is an excerpt from the 5th chapter of panGasm:

    CHAPTER FIVE –
    ELEMENT AIR
    HEARTSONG

A portion of Earths inhabitants are getting their own basic needs met while a substantial population is not. The injustice of resource distribution that allows disparity of this proportion is apparently corrupt, as the upper class looks out upon the sea of despairing humanity and blames the poor for their plight, just like the emotions are getting blamed for reflecting the imbalance created by the Battle of the Sexes. Those that have legislated the laws for the many have created an atmosphere of derision toward anyone who wants to be negative about the status quo, while at the same time have confused the public by calling corruption leadership. There is no one to blame for this reflection as the elected officials are educating the masses about their corrupt dominant paradigm, complete with perverse god-concepts." ...

"The heart and lungs feed the body with blood and oxygen in a sublime co-operative function.  In a State of Grace (the 4th dimension) the human heart holds our North, South, East and West together with the electromagnetic harmony of love. Thanks to science we are now able to measure and better understand the human electromagnetic field generated by our unique heart rhythm; as well, we have a universal name for this, our Light Body. A full spectrum of emotions help this matrix hum with the heightened frequency of personality; a fully reciprocal electromagnetic field that emits sound, moves at the speed of light and most importantly – is a sexual person.
Recently, studies have shown that the heart muscle is able to interact with other hearts that are not sharing the same physical location. Through the study of heart transplant patients, much has come to light about the special properties of the human heart. In his book The Hearts Code, by a heart surgeon named Dr. Paul Pearsall, codified the special characteristics of the human heart -- here are some quotes from his wonderful book:
Dr. Pearsall identifies the special electromagnetic energy that the heart conducts as 'L' energy, describing how this Life Force operates. "Brain cells called neurons communicate via biochemical impulses received through dendrites as sent by axons. They exchange electrochemical energy across the synapse, a sparkplug-like gap that exists between the brain cells. Heart cells also communicate bio-chemically, but unlike brain or any other body cells, they also seem able to exchange life information by using a subtle and as yet immeasurable vital force.”

“The heart is uniquely composed of 'L' energy... The heart’s EMF [electromagnetic field] is five thousand times more powerful than the electromagnetic field created by the brain and, in addition to its immense power, has subtle, non-local effects that travel within these forms of energy.”

“It is possible that the heart, because of its immense energy potential, is the primary center of “L” energy conduction. The role of the heart as “L” energy central was described by the wife of a heart transplant recipient, she said, ‘As soon as I went to his room after he got his new heart, I could feel myself drawn to him. I felt so much energy coming from his heart that it was like a magnet. It made my own heart flutter.' ”

" 'L' energy fills all of space in the form of bundles of vibrating energy that can manifest themselves as either particles or waves that contain the information transmitted within, and to, all persons and things.”

“ 'L' energy is often conducted effectively by denser materials but seems to be refracted by more solid or metal objects and absorbed faster and better by organic material such as humans, animals, and plants.”

“ 'L' energy is not only non-local (everywhere) but also negentropic (does not fall apart and disappear), formative (creative and not destructive), and organizing (integrative and not divisive) in its effects, the exact opposite of the eff
