Aunt Mimi!

A voicemail on my cell phone.

Hello, my name is CutiePie and I'm, um, calling to find out when my quilt will be ready.  And I would like you to call me back and let me know.  Um...  Bye.

Too bad it was midnight when I checked the phone for voicemails.  I could have told her I just got it back from the machine quilter's yesterday.  It's extremely pink and purple.  It reminds me of cotton candy or bubble gum.  All it needs is the binding and a label.  I can give it to her next weekend.

What a kid!  She is NOT going to let me forget that quilt.  LOL 

(Got uni's grandma's quilt too.  I am thrilled with the way it turned out!)

    Aww, well that's so sweet that she definitely wants it!  I know many of kids/teens around here who would be going 'What the hell am I going to do with a quilt?  Who cares.'  I hope she loves it to pieces, as I'm sure she will.

    I will bet that Cutie Pie will love Aunt Mimi's quilt as much as she loves you.  As my niece would have said, "from the earth to the moon and back again".  :-)
